Fiezta Concierge on Wheels: IMPORTANT INFORMATION
For guaranteed maximum customer satisfaction, we require at least two weeks of processing time prior to your arrival date. Requests received with less than 2 weeks to your arrival date less will be considered a premium service and will attract additional charges. Please note, all questionnaire field must be completed in its entirety as this helps us customize your experience to fit your travel needs. Thank you for contacting us for your accommodation/transportation need while in the DMV area. We will be glad to assist you and secure a perfect place you will enjoy as a home away from your home. We have several accommodation options that are specifically tailored to your enjoyment and affordable to fit into your budget. Our prices and availability of accommodation & car services vary.
- We have condos ranging from $2500 to $3500. This includes 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and fully furnished amenities: standard cable, reliable WIFI, private bathrooms, living room access, kitchen access, laundry, patios, backyards, and more.
- One-bedroom apartments ranging from $2000 to $2500, all fully furnished with amenities.
- A shared private master bedroom with a private bathroom in a full house condo with three bedrooms, fully furnished living room, fully equipped kitchen, patio, laundry machine, cable TV, reliable WIFI, parking space, ranging from $1500 to $1800 or $50 daily.
All our homes come with beautiful amenities, and all prices are per month. Please let us know if you need anything else. We are at your service at Fiezta Concierge.
Your Responsibilities as a guest:
- Full deposit of the total cost amount for the duration of your stay at the daily or monthly rate.
- $500 security deposit, refundable if the property is left in its original condition.
- Non-refundable $500 down payment to hold accommodation for 4 weeks.
- Cancellation policy: Inform the host 2 weeks in advance if leaving early.
