The Fiesta Entertainment Group seeks a program manager to package, execute and manage developer communications programs for their client. The Program manager supports delivery of leading edge consumer and enterprise developer programs, targeted to attract and retain world-class developers. Day to day responsibility includes close alignment and support of Marketing Offers team and Product Management teams.
Developing innovative co-marketing programs aimed at promoting class developers and their applications. Developing and managing the marketing calendar for developer communications. Delivering ongoing developer webcasts. Managing and directing the annual Developers Conference. Managing the client’s participation at industry events. Writing and presenting product concepts and product descriptions for new compelling applications and services.
Leading cross-functional teams in the execution of tasks to be completed and the assignment of responsibilities. Working with functional managers to ensure that product objectives and resource requirements are acceptable and attained. Tracking and managing issues, contingencies and risks for the successful launch of products and services. Rigorous management of the capital and expense budgets associated with product development and implementation. Communicate status to various stakeholders within the business.
7-9 years experience in marketing management. Must have prior experience in working with developer programs. Must have strong organizational and cross-functional coordination skills. 4 -5 years experience with a software development company and familiarity of the embedded space is preferred. Must have proven success in developing and delivering presentations. Experience in managing projects and associated budgets and delivering on time within budget. Outstanding written and oral communication skills. Ability to multi-task essential. Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent experience required. Master’s degree or other advanced degree in related discipline preferred.
